
Quick & Easy Thai Breakfast Shrimp Scramble

Ingredients:
- 200 grams medium-sized shrimps
- 4 number large eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- handful chopped spring onions
- 2 number sliced red chili peppers
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimps and cook until they turn pink, around 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, then add the soy sauce.
- Stir gently to scramble the eggs with the shrimps.
- When the eggs are nearly set, toss in the chopped spring onions and sliced chili.
- Serve hot, directly from the pan.
