Quick & Easy Thai Breakfast Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Red chili
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1/2 cup Basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Step 1: Dice chicken breasts into small pieces. Slice garlic and red chili.
  2. Step 2: Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add garlic and chili, stirring until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Add diced chicken and stir fry until cooked.
  4. Step 4: In a separate pan, cook the eggs to your liking.
  5. Step 5: Return to the chicken, add soy sauce and oyster sauce to the pan. Stir well to coat the chicken.
  6. Step 6: Roughly chop green onions and basil leaves, and add to the pan. Stir well for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Step 7: Serve the stir-fried chicken over a bed of rice, and top it with the cooked egg. Enjoy your quick and easy Thai Breakfast Chicken!
