
Quick & Easy Thai Breakfast Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Red chili
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 4 Eggs
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 1/2 cup Basil leaves
Instructions:
- Step 1: Dice chicken breasts into small pieces. Slice garlic and red chili.
- Step 2: Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add garlic and chili, stirring until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add diced chicken and stir fry until cooked.
- Step 4: In a separate pan, cook the eggs to your liking.
- Step 5: Return to the chicken, add soy sauce and oyster sauce to the pan. Stir well to coat the chicken.
- Step 6: Roughly chop green onions and basil leaves, and add to the pan. Stir well for 1-2 minutes.
- Step 7: Serve the stir-fried chicken over a bed of rice, and top it with the cooked egg. Enjoy your quick and easy Thai Breakfast Chicken!
