
Quick & Easy Thai Beef with Rice Noodles

Ingredients:
- 200 g Rice Noodles
- 500 g Beef Strip
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 pcs Red Chilli Peppers
- 4 pcs Spring Onions
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 pc Limes
Instructions:
- 1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 5-10 minutes until they become flexible but not fully soft.
- 2. In the meantime, marinade the beef strips in the soy sauce.
- 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and chili peppers and fry for few seconds.
- 4. Add the beef to the pan, keeping the sauce aside. Cook until the beef is browned on all sides.
- 5. Drain the rice noodles and add them to the pan along with the remaining soy sauce. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the noodles are cooked and everything is well combined.
- 6. Finally, stir in the spring onions, and squeeze over the lime juice. Stir-fry for one more minute and serve immediately.
