Quick & Easy Thai Beef with Rice Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 200 g Rice Noodles
  • 500 g Beef Strip
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 pcs Red Chilli Peppers
  • 4 pcs Spring Onions
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 pc Limes

Instructions:

  1. 1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 5-10 minutes until they become flexible but not fully soft.
  2. 2. In the meantime, marinade the beef strips in the soy sauce.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and chili peppers and fry for few seconds.
  4. 4. Add the beef to the pan, keeping the sauce aside. Cook until the beef is browned on all sides.
  5. 5. Drain the rice noodles and add them to the pan along with the remaining soy sauce. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the noodles are cooked and everything is well combined.
  6. 6. Finally, stir in the spring onions, and squeeze over the lime juice. Stir-fry for one more minute and serve immediately.
