
Quick & Easy Thai Beef Skewers

Ingredients:
- 500 g Beef Sirloin
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 Lime
- 1 Red Chili
- To Taste Fresh Coriander
- 8 Wooden Skewers
Instructions:
- Cut the beef into thin strips and set aside.
- Prepare the marinade - combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, finely chopped garlic, juice of the lime, and chopped red chili.
- Add the beef to the marinade, making sure every piece is coated. Leave for 10 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent them from burning.
- Thread the beef onto the skewers and heat a griddle pan with a little oil.
- Cook the beef skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until done to your liking. Remember, the strips are thin, so they will cook quickly!
- Serve with a sprinkling of fresh coriander. Delicious Thai beef skewers ready to enjoy!
