Quick & Easy Thai Beef Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 500 g Beef Sirloin
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Red Chili
  • To Taste Fresh Coriander
  • 8 Wooden Skewers

Instructions:

  1. Cut the beef into thin strips and set aside.
  2. Prepare the marinade - combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, finely chopped garlic, juice of the lime, and chopped red chili.
  3. Add the beef to the marinade, making sure every piece is coated. Leave for 10 minutes.
  4. While the beef is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent them from burning.
  5. Thread the beef onto the skewers and heat a griddle pan with a little oil.
  6. Cook the beef skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until done to your liking. Remember, the strips are thin, so they will cook quickly!
  7. Serve with a sprinkling of fresh coriander. Delicious Thai beef skewers ready to enjoy!
