
Quick & Easy Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Chicken breast
- 3 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 pieces Red chili
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
- Slice the red chilies thinly.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chili to the skillet and fry until fragrant.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir until well-mixed.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat all of the chicken pieces evenly.
- Add the Thai basil leaves and stir until they are wilted and the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve the chicken hot with steamed white rice.
