Quick & Easy Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 pieces Red chili
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
  3. Slice the red chilies thinly.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the minced garlic and chili to the skillet and fry until fragrant.
  6. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir until well-mixed.
  8. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat all of the chicken pieces evenly.
  9. Add the Thai basil leaves and stir until they are wilted and the chicken is fully cooked.
  10. Serve the chicken hot with steamed white rice.
