
Quick & Easy Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound Pork loin
- 1 medium Green Bell Pepper
- 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
- 1 small White Onion
- 1/2 cup Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Cut the pork into small bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and half of the soy sauce. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- While the pork is marinating, chop the red and green bell peppers and onion into roughly the same size as the pork pieces.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until it's browned on all sides.
- Remove the pork from the wok and set aside. In the same wok, add the chopped onions and peppers. Cook until they're tender.
- Return the pork to the wok, add the sweet and sour sauce and remaining soy sauce. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are coated in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is heated through.
- Serve immediately, enjoy as snack or main course.
