Quick & Easy Stir-fry Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snow peas)
  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Prepare your vegetables by washing, peeling (if needed), and chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Mince the garlic and grate the fresh ginger.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Add in the minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté for a minute or until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until they're cooked but still retain a bit of crunch.
  6. 6. In the meantime, in a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and sesame oil.
  7. 7. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well to coat.
  8. 8. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy your quick and easy stir-fry vegetables!
