
Quick & Easy Stir-fry Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 4 cups Mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snow peas)
- 4 pieces Garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons Fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- 1. Prepare your vegetables by washing, peeling (if needed), and chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Mince the garlic and grate the fresh ginger.
- 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
- 4. Add in the minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté for a minute or until fragrant.
- 5. Add in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until they're cooked but still retain a bit of crunch.
- 6. In the meantime, in a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and sesame oil.
- 7. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well to coat.
