
Quick & Easy Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Spaghetti
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- In a large pot, boil the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes to the pan and sauté until the garlic is golden, around 2 minutes.
- Once the spaghetti is done, drain it and save some pasta water.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with garlic and oil. Toss well to coat.
- Add pasta water if needed to make it saucier.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese before serving.
