
Quick & Easy Sole Meunière

Ingredients:
- 4 Sole fillets
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 tbs, chopped Parsley
- 1 , juiced Lemon
Instructions:
- Season the fish with salt and pepper then dredge it in flour, shaking off the excess.
- In a large skillet, melt half of the butter over medium heat, then add the fish.
- Cook the fish for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Be careful not to overcrowd the pan.
- Remove the fish from the pan, and reduce the heat to low. Add the remaining butter, lemon juice, and parsley to the pan, stirring to combine.
- Plate the fish and drizzle with the butter sauce. Serve immediately.
