Quick & Easy Sole Meunière

Ingredients:

  • 4 Sole fillets
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 tbs, chopped Parsley
  • 1 , juiced Lemon

Instructions:

  1. Season the fish with salt and pepper then dredge it in flour, shaking off the excess.
  2. In a large skillet, melt half of the butter over medium heat, then add the fish.
  3. Cook the fish for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Be careful not to overcrowd the pan.
  4. Remove the fish from the pan, and reduce the heat to low. Add the remaining butter, lemon juice, and parsley to the pan, stirring to combine.
  5. Plate the fish and drizzle with the butter sauce. Serve immediately.
