
Quick & Easy Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1.5 teaspoons Spice mix (cumin, chili powder, paprika)
- 1 Lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- Chopped fresh cilantro
- Salsa
Instructions:
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, and stir until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, spice mix, juice from the lime, and salt. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat, flipping once, until warm and pliable.
- Fill each tortilla with the cooked shrimp. Top with sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, and salsa.
- Serve immediately, with extra lime wedges on the side, if desired.
