Quick & Easy Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 4 cups Mixed vegetables
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 4 cups Cooked white rice

Instructions:

  1. 1. Peel and devein the shrimp. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add mixed vegetables and stir fry until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink, 2-3 minutes each side.
  5. 5. Pour in the soy sauce and stir until evenly combined.
  6. 6. Serve the stir-fry over cooked white rice.
