Quick & Easy Seafood Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 1 unit Ready-made pie crust
  • 100 grams Smoked salmon
  • 100 grams Cooked shrimp
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 50 grams Grated gruyere cheese
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh dill
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
  3. Spread the smoked salmon and shrimp over the bottom of the crust.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream. Stir in the cheese and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the seafood in the crust.
  6. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, or until the quiche is golden and the filling is set.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
