
Quick & Easy Seafood Quiche

Ingredients:
- 1 unit Ready-made pie crust
- 100 grams Smoked salmon
- 100 grams Cooked shrimp
- 4 unit Eggs
- 200 ml Cream
- 50 grams Grated gruyere cheese
- 2 tbsp Chopped fresh dill
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
- Spread the smoked salmon and shrimp over the bottom of the crust.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream. Stir in the cheese and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the seafood in the crust.
- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, or until the quiche is golden and the filling is set.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
