Quick & Easy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 cup (optional) Shredded Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper, and beat until well mixed.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the warm pan. Wait until they start to settle, then stir gently, pushing the eggs from the edges to the center.
  4. Continue to do this until the eggs are mostly cooked but still slightly runny.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle cheese on top if desired. The residual heat will continue cooking the eggs and melt the cheese.
  6. Serve the scrambled eggs immediately while hot. Enjoy your quick, easy, delicious midnight snack!
