
Quick & Easy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 2 unit Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- To Taste Salt and Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 cup (optional) Shredded Cheese
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper, and beat until well mixed.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt.
- Pour the egg mixture into the warm pan. Wait until they start to settle, then stir gently, pushing the eggs from the edges to the center.
- Continue to do this until the eggs are mostly cooked but still slightly runny.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle cheese on top if desired. The residual heat will continue cooking the eggs and melt the cheese.
- Serve the scrambled eggs immediately while hot. Enjoy your quick, easy, delicious midnight snack!
