
Quick & Easy Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Pork Tenderloin
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Hamburger Buns
Instructions:
- Cut the pork tenderloin into large chunks and place it in a large saucepan.
- In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcester sauce. Pour this mixture over the pork chunks in the saucepan.
- Cook the pork on medium-high heat until it is tender and can easily be pulled apart with a fork, about 15 minutes.
- Remove the pork from the heat and use two forks to shred it into small pieces.
- Toast the hamburger buns, then evenly distribute the pulled pork among them.
- Serve the sandwiches hot, with extra barbecue sauce on the side if desired.
