Quick & Easy Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 Hamburger Buns

Instructions:

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into large chunks and place it in a large saucepan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcester sauce. Pour this mixture over the pork chunks in the saucepan.
  3. Cook the pork on medium-high heat until it is tender and can easily be pulled apart with a fork, about 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the pork from the heat and use two forks to shred it into small pieces.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns, then evenly distribute the pulled pork among them.
  6. Serve the sandwiches hot, with extra barbecue sauce on the side if desired.
