
Quick & Easy Pork Yakitori

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mirin
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 pieces Garlic Cloves
- 4 pieces Green Onions
- 8 pieces Skewers
Instructions:
- Cut the pork chops into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, and crushed garlic cloves.
- Marinate the pork cubes in the sauce for at least 10 minutes.
- While the pork is marinating, soak the skewers in water to prevent them from burning.
- Skewer the pork cubes and green onions alternately on the skewers.
- Grill the skewers on medium heat for about 7 minutes on each side, or until the pork is fully cooked.
- Brush the skewers with the remaining sauce while grilling.
- Serve the skewers hot with a side of steamed rice.
