Quick & Easy Pork Yakitori

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mirin
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 pieces Garlic Cloves
  • 4 pieces Green Onions
  • 8 pieces Skewers

Instructions:

  1. Cut the pork chops into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, and crushed garlic cloves.
  3. Marinate the pork cubes in the sauce for at least 10 minutes.
  4. While the pork is marinating, soak the skewers in water to prevent them from burning.
  5. Skewer the pork cubes and green onions alternately on the skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers on medium heat for about 7 minutes on each side, or until the pork is fully cooked.
  7. Brush the skewers with the remaining sauce while grilling.
  8. Serve the skewers hot with a side of steamed rice.
