Quick & Easy Pork Yakisoba

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams Yakisoba noodles
  • 2 medium sized Boneless pork chops
  • 1 medium sized Yellow onion
  • 2 medium sized carrots
  • 1 large Green bell pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground white pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, cut the pork into thin strips and the vegetables into thin slices.
  3. Heat the sesame oil over medium heat in a large wok or skillet.
  4. Add the pork strips to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until they are no longer pink.
  5. Add the sliced vegetables and minced garlic to the skillet, continuing to stir until they are tender.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and white pepper.
  7. Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet and mix everything together until the noodles are well coated in the sauce.
  8. Continue cooking for 2-3 more minutes, then serve the yakisoba hot.
