
Quick & Easy Pork Yakisoba

Ingredients:
- 300 grams Yakisoba noodles
- 2 medium sized Boneless pork chops
- 1 medium sized Yellow onion
- 2 medium sized carrots
- 1 large Green bell pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground white pepper
Instructions:
- Cook the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- While the noodles are cooking, cut the pork into thin strips and the vegetables into thin slices.
- Heat the sesame oil over medium heat in a large wok or skillet.
- Add the pork strips to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until they are no longer pink.
- Add the sliced vegetables and minced garlic to the skillet, continuing to stir until they are tender.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and white pepper.
- Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet and mix everything together until the noodles are well coated in the sauce.
- Continue cooking for 2-3 more minutes, then serve the yakisoba hot.
