
Quick & Easy Pork Chops

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Pork chops
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 sprigs Fresh thyme
Instructions:
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, until they're browned and cooked through.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the fresh thyme.
- Cook for about a minute, until the thyme is fragrant.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and baste them with the butter and thyme mixture.
- Cook for another minute or two, until the pork chops are heated through and coated in the butter mixture.
- Serve the pork chops hot.
