Quick & Easy Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 sprigs Fresh thyme

Instructions:

  1. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, until they're browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the fresh thyme.
  6. Cook for about a minute, until the thyme is fragrant.
  7. Return the pork chops to the skillet and baste them with the butter and thyme mixture.
  8. Cook for another minute or two, until the pork chops are heated through and coated in the butter mixture.
  9. Serve the pork chops hot.
