Quick & Easy Pan-Seared Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 piece Lemon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a large heavy skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Coat salmon with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add salmon face down in the pan. Cook for 2 minutes to form a nice crust. Turn and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for another 4-6 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets.
  5. Squeeze lemon over the fillets, serve and enjoy!
