
Quick & Easy Pan-Seared Salmon

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 piece Lemon
Instructions:
- Preheat a large heavy skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Coat salmon with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add salmon face down in the pan. Cook for 2 minutes to form a nice crust. Turn and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for another 4-6 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets.
- Squeeze lemon over the fillets, serve and enjoy!
