Quick & Easy Miso Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons Miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3 pieces Spring onions

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the miso paste, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and minced garlic. Stir until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Spread the miso mixture over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. While the salmon is baking, thinly slice the spring onions.
  6. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with the sliced spring onions.
  7. Serve hot with a side of steamed rice or vegetables.
