
Quick & Easy Miso Salmon

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons Miso paste
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 pieces Spring onions
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the miso paste, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and minced garlic. Stir until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Spread the miso mixture over the top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is baking, thinly slice the spring onions.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with the sliced spring onions.
- Serve hot with a side of steamed rice or vegetables.
