Quick & Easy Midnight Spicy Fish Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Boneless fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Corn starch
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 stalk Green onions
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Pat dry the fish fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
  3. Add garlic and fry until fragrant.
  4. Add fish to the pan and cook until golden.
  5. Mix corn starch in water and keep aside.
  6. Once fish is cooked, add red chili flakes, soy sauce, and cornstarch mix to the pan.
  7. Stir mix gently, coating the fish evenly.
  8. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 1-2 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
  9. Turn off the heat, garnish with chopped green onions.
  10. Serve immediately while it's hot with a side of rice if desired.
