
Quick & Easy Midnight Spicy Fish Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Boneless fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Corn starch
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 stalk Green onions
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Pat dry the fish fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- Add garlic and fry until fragrant.
- Add fish to the pan and cook until golden.
- Mix corn starch in water and keep aside.
- Once fish is cooked, add red chili flakes, soy sauce, and cornstarch mix to the pan.
- Stir mix gently, coating the fish evenly.
- Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 1-2 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
- Turn off the heat, garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately while it's hot with a side of rice if desired.
