
Quick & Easy Midnight Seafood Ramen

Ingredients:
- 2 packets Instant Ramen Noodles
- 1 cup Mixed Seafood
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 stalks Spring Onions
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Start by boiling the eggs in a small saucepan for 6-7 minutes for a soft yolk. Once done, peel and slice in half.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the instant ramen noodles as per the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
- In the same pot, add a bit of oil and minced garlic. Sauté the garlic until it becomes fragrant.
- Add the mixed seafood to the pot and stir fry for about 2-3 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and ramen seasoning (from the packets). Stir well.
- Divide the noodles between two bowls. Pour the seafood broth over the noodles. Top them with the cooked eggs and chopped spring onions.
