Quick & Easy Midnight Seafood Ramen

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets Instant Ramen Noodles
  • 1 cup Mixed Seafood
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 stalks Spring Onions
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Start by boiling the eggs in a small saucepan for 6-7 minutes for a soft yolk. Once done, peel and slice in half.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the instant ramen noodles as per the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
  3. In the same pot, add a bit of oil and minced garlic. Sauté the garlic until it becomes fragrant.
  4. Add the mixed seafood to the pot and stir fry for about 2-3 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked.
  5. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and ramen seasoning (from the packets). Stir well.
  6. Divide the noodles between two bowls. Pour the seafood broth over the noodles. Top them with the cooked eggs and chopped spring onions.
