
Quick & Easy Midnight Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Spaghetti pasta
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- to taste Red pepper flakes
- 50 grams Parmesan cheese
- to taste Salt
- a handful Fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the pasta and cook according to packaging instructions until al dente.
- Meanwhile, thinly slice the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until the garlic is golden, about 1-2 minutes.
- Reserve a cup of the pasta water, then drain the pasta. Add the pasta, reserved pasta water, and parmesan to the pan, stirring until the pasta is well coated and the cheese is melted.
- Season with salt to taste. Serve hot with fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
