
Quick & Easy Midnight Chow Mein

Ingredients:
- 200 grams chow mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 stalks green onions
- 100 grams bean sprouts
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Once tender, drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chopped green onions, bean sprouts, julienned carrot, and thinly sliced bell pepper to the pan. Stir fry for about 2-3 minutes, or until veggies are slightly tender.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan, then pour your sauce mixture over top. Toss everything together and stir fry for another 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
- Serve your Quick & Easy Midnight Chow Mein hot, garnish with additional green onions if desired. Enjoy your late-night treat!
