
Quick & Easy Midnight Chinese Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 2 sprigs Spring onions
- to taste Red chilli flakes
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and keep aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Sauté the finely chopped garlic until golden brown.
- Add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, red chilli flakes, and salt to the pan. Stir well.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well, ensuring the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with finely chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
