Quick & Easy Midnight Chinese Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 2 sprigs Spring onions
  • to taste Red chilli flakes
  • to taste Salt

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and keep aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Sauté the finely chopped garlic until golden brown.
  3. Add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, red chilli flakes, and salt to the pan. Stir well.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well, ensuring the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
  5. Garnish with finely chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
