Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 8 Taco Shells
  • 1 cup Quick Melt Cheese
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • to taste Jalapeños
  • a handful whole Cilantro
  • 4 pieces Lime Wedges

Instructions:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until brown.
  2. Add taco seasoning, minced garlic, and diced onion to the beef. Stir until well mixed and cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. While the beef is cooking, heat up the taco shells in another skillet or in the oven as per package instructions.
  4. To assemble tacos, start by placing a spoonful of beef mixture in each shell.
  5. Top with quick melt cheese and allow it to melt over the warm beef. This can be sped up by covering the taco with a sandwich press or similar for a few seconds.
  6. Finally, add a scoop of guacamole, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños (if using) on top.
  7. Serve with a handful of cilantro and a squeeze of lime to taste.
