
Quick & Easy Midnight Beef Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Small Onion
- 8 Taco Shells
- 1 cup Quick Melt Cheese
- 1 cup Guacamole
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- to taste Jalapeños
- a handful whole Cilantro
- 4 pieces Lime Wedges
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until brown.
- Add taco seasoning, minced garlic, and diced onion to the beef. Stir until well mixed and cook for another 3 minutes.
- While the beef is cooking, heat up the taco shells in another skillet or in the oven as per package instructions.
- To assemble tacos, start by placing a spoonful of beef mixture in each shell.
- Top with quick melt cheese and allow it to melt over the warm beef. This can be sped up by covering the taco with a sandwich press or similar for a few seconds.
- Finally, add a scoop of guacamole, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños (if using) on top.
- Serve with a handful of cilantro and a squeeze of lime to taste.
