Quick & Easy Mexican Spicy Pork Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Granulated garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 8 units Corn tortillas
  • 1 unit Lime
  • to taste Fresh cilantro
  • 1 unit Onion

Instructions:

  1. Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ground cumin, chili powder, granulated garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the pork strips in the spice mixture until well coated.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or in the microwave until flexible.
  6. Divide the cooked pork between the warmed tortillas.
  7. Top each taco with diced onion, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
