
Quick & Easy Mexican Spicy Pork Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Granulated garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 8 units Corn tortillas
- 1 unit Lime
- to taste Fresh cilantro
- 1 unit Onion
Instructions:
- Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix together the ground cumin, chili powder, granulated garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the pork strips in the spice mixture until well coated.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or in the microwave until flexible.
- Divide the cooked pork between the warmed tortillas.
- Top each taco with diced onion, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
