
Quick & Easy Mexican Quesadillas

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Large Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 1 cup Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 stalks Green Onion
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Chop the green onions into thin slices.
- Spread olive oil lightly on one side of each tortilla, then flip them over.
- On one half of each tortilla, evenly distribute the cheese, black beans, and green onions.
- Fold the tortilla in half to cover the ingredients.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, then place the quesadilla in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve hot. Enjoy your quick and easy Mexican Quesadillas!
