Quick & Easy Mexican Pork Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin
  • 1 pack Taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbs Olive oil
  • 8 Tortillas
  • 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 Lime

Instructions:

  1. Cut the pork into thin slices, then toss it in the taco seasoning and minced garlic.
  2. Heat up the olive oil in a pan. Add the pork and fry quickly until it is fully cooked.
  3. While the pork is frying, chop up the onion and cilantro, and cut the lime into wedges.
  4. Warm up the tortillas in a dry pan or in the oven until they are slightly crisp.
  5. Serve the pork in the warm tortillas, topped with onions and cilantro. Add a squeeze of lime juice just before eating.
