
Quick & Easy Mexican Pork Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Pork tenderloin
- 1 pack Taco seasoning mix
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbs Olive oil
- 8 Tortillas
- 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 Lime
Instructions:
- Cut the pork into thin slices, then toss it in the taco seasoning and minced garlic.
- Heat up the olive oil in a pan. Add the pork and fry quickly until it is fully cooked.
- While the pork is frying, chop up the onion and cilantro, and cut the lime into wedges.
- Warm up the tortillas in a dry pan or in the oven until they are slightly crisp.
- Serve the pork in the warm tortillas, topped with onions and cilantro. Add a squeeze of lime juice just before eating.
