
Quick & Easy Mexican Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces White Fish Fillets
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 4 pieces Corn Tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 piece Lime
- 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
- To taste Salsa
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Rub the taco seasoning into the fish fillets.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned fish to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes apart.
- While the fish is cooking, heat the corn tortillas in a dry pan over high heat until they are warm and pliable.
- Flake the cooked fish with a fork.
- Divide the fish evenly between the warm tortillas.
- Top each taco with a squeeze of lime, fresh cilantro, salsa, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your midnight cravings!
