Quick & Easy Mexican Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces White Fish Fillets
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 4 pieces Corn Tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
  • To taste Salsa
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Rub the taco seasoning into the fish fillets.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the seasoned fish to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes apart.
  4. While the fish is cooking, heat the corn tortillas in a dry pan over high heat until they are warm and pliable.
  5. Flake the cooked fish with a fork.
  6. Divide the fish evenly between the warm tortillas.
  7. Top each taco with a squeeze of lime, fresh cilantro, salsa, and salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your midnight cravings!
