
Quick & Easy Mexican Beef Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 12 pieces Soft Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- to taste Salsa
- to taste Sour Cream
- to taste Lettuce
- to taste Tomatoes
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up into small crumbles.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef and stir until well combined.
- In a saucepan, heat the refried beans over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium-high heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
- Assemble your tacos by spreading a layer of refried beans on each tortilla, then topping with the beef, cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes, as you prefer.
- Serve immediately, accompanied by additional salsa and sour cream on the side, if desired.
