Quick & Easy Mexican Beef Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can Refried Beans
  • 12 pieces Soft Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • to taste Salsa
  • to taste Sour Cream
  • to taste Lettuce
  • to taste Tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up into small crumbles.
  2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef and stir until well combined.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the refried beans over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium-high heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
  5. Assemble your tacos by spreading a layer of refried beans on each tortilla, then topping with the beef, cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes, as you prefer.
  6. Serve immediately, accompanied by additional salsa and sour cream on the side, if desired.
