
Quick & Easy Mexican Beef Breakfast Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 8 pcs Small Flour Tortillas
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pcs Avocado
- 4 pcs Eggs
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Pepper
- To Serve Salsa
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate pan, scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- While the beef and eggs are cooking, warm the refried beans in a small saucepan.
- Slice the avocado into thin strips.
- To assemble the tacos, spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla. Top with ground beef, scrambled eggs, a sprinkle of cheese, and a few slices of avocado.
- Serve hot with your favorite salsa.
