
Quick & Easy Mediterranean Pork Chops

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- Zest of 1 lemon Lemon zest
- To taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Prepare the pork chops by drying them with a paper towel.
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon zest.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until it's fragrant.
- Add the seasoned pork chops to the skillet. Cook for about 7 minutes on each side, or until the chops are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving.
