Quick & Easy Mediterranean Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • Zest of 1 lemon Lemon zest
  • To taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the pork chops by drying them with a paper towel.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon zest.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until it's fragrant.
  4. Add the seasoned pork chops to the skillet. Cook for about 7 minutes on each side, or until the chops are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving.
