Quick & Easy Mediterranean Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Spaghetti
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese
  • a handful leaves Fresh basil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss until it’s well coated with the garlic-infused olive oil and the tomatoes are evenly distributed.
  5. Crumble feta cheese over the pasta, add fresh basil leaves and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Toss everything together, let the cheese slightly melt, and serve immediately.
