
Quick & Easy Mediterranean Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
- a handful leaves Fresh basil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss until it’s well coated with the garlic-infused olive oil and the tomatoes are evenly distributed.
- Crumble feta cheese over the pasta, add fresh basil leaves and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Toss everything together, let the cheese slightly melt, and serve immediately.
