Quick & Easy Mediterranean Midnight Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 10 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
  • A handful fresh Basil Leaves
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Begin by boiling a pot of water and cooking the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and olives to the pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until the tomatoes start to burst and release their juices.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the saucepan, tossing until well coated in the oil and tomato juice mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Just before serving, sprinkle the feta cheese and fresh basil leaves over the pasta. Stir well to combine.
