
Quick & Easy Mediterranean Midnight Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 10 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Black Olives
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
- A handful fresh Basil Leaves
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Begin by boiling a pot of water and cooking the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and olives to the pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until the tomatoes start to burst and release their juices.
- Add the cooked pasta to the saucepan, tossing until well coated in the oil and tomato juice mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the feta cheese and fresh basil leaves over the pasta. Stir well to combine.
