
Quick & Easy Mediterranean Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 pieces Garlic Cloves
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black Pepper
- 1 cup Feta Cheese
- 0.5 cup Olives
Instructions:
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
- Once the skillet is warm, add chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes each side or until they are cooked through.
- While the chicken is cooking, mince the garlic and cut the lemon into thin slices.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the lemon slices to the skillet and cook for another few minutes, until the lemons are caramelized.
- Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet on top of the lemons and garlic.
- Top the chicken with feta cheese and olives, cover the skillet and let everything heat up together for a few minutes.
- Serve immediately with a side of your choice, and enjoy your quick, easy and delicious Mediterranean Chicken!
