
Quick & Easy Mediterranean Beef Pitas

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef sirloin steaks
- 4 pieces Whole wheat pita breads
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 2 pieces Cucumbers
- 1 piece Red onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh dill
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Firstly, heat your pan with olive oil over medium heat. Season the beef with salt, pepper and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Let it rest, then slice thinly.
- In the meantime, chop the tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion, mince the garlic, then mix all these ingredients in a large bowl.
- To make the sauce, combine the Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
