Quick & Easy Margherita Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbs Olive oil
  • to taste pinch Salt
  • to taste pinch Ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the rolled out dough on a baking sheet and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
  4. Top the tomato sauce with slices of fresh mozzarella cheese.
  5. Randomly place the fresh basil leaves over the cheese.
  6. Drizzle the pizza with the olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  7. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
