
Quick & Easy Japanese Yakisoba Noodles

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Soba Noodles
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 piece Garlic Clove
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Green Bell Pepper
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Sugar
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- for garnish White Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden.
- Add julienned carrots and chopped bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until they are slightly tender.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked soba noodles and the sauce mixture to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, making sure all ingredients are well coated with the sauce.
- Serve the yakisoba noodles hot, garnished with white sesame seeds.
