
Quick & Easy Japanese Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 20 count Raw shrimp
- 3 cups Cooked Japanese rice
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 count Eggs
- 2 stalks Green onions
Instructions:
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium high heat.
- 2. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- 3. In the same pan, add the remaining oil, then add the eggs and scramble them. Once they’re almost cooked, add the cooked rice and frozen vegetables.
- 4. Stir everything together and cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are heated through.
- 5. Add the cooked shrimp back into the pan, then add the soy sauce. Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Chop the green onions and sprinkle them over the top of the rice right before serving.
