
Quick & Easy Japanese Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 cup White Rice, short grain
- 2 cups Water
- 1 can Tuna, canned in water
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 stalks Green onion
- to taste Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- While the rice is cooking, drain the canned tuna and place it in a bowl. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the tuna, mixing well.
- Chop the green onion into thin slices.
- When the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and divide it between two bowls.
- Top the rice with the tuna mixture and sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
- Serve this quick & easy Japanese rice bowl hot, enjoy your lunch!
