
Quick & Easy Japanese Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 4 Boneless pork chops
- To taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 Onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the pork chops from the pan and set aside.
- Add the minced garlic, sliced red and green bell peppers, and sliced onions to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are just slightly soft, about 5 minutes.
- Slice the pork chops into thin strips and return them to the pan. Add the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat all of the ingredients in the sauces.
- Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, until the pork is fully cooked and the sauces have been absorbed.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
