Servings: 4

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 Boneless pork chops
  • To taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 Onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the pork chops from the pan and set aside.
  3. Add the minced garlic, sliced red and green bell peppers, and sliced onions to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are just slightly soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. Slice the pork chops into thin strips and return them to the pan. Add the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat all of the ingredients in the sauces.
  5. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, until the pork is fully cooked and the sauces have been absorbed.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
