Quick & Easy Japanese Pork Ramen

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets Instant Ramen Noodles
  • 200 grams Pork Loin
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 4 stalks Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cups Chicken Stock

Instructions:

  1. Slice the pork loin into thin slices, mince the garlic and chop green onions separating the white and green parts.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pot, add the white part of the green onions, garlic and sliced pork. Cook until the pork is no longer pink.
  3. Add the soy sauce and mirin to the pot and stir to combine.
  4. Add the chicken stock and bring it to the boil.
  5. Add your instant ramen noodles and cook following the packet instructions, usually about 3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with the green part of the green onions.
