
Quick & Easy Japanese Pasta (Yaki Udon)

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Udon noodles
- 1 unit Onion
- 2 unit Carrots
- 2 unit Bell peppers
- 100 grams Shiitake mushrooms
- 2 unit Green onions
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Boil the udon noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- While the noodles are boiling, chop the onion, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, and green onions.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until they start to soften.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan, along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Serve the pasta hot, garnished with the chopped green onions.
