
Quick & Easy Japanese Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
- 4 cups Mixed fruits (strawberries, grapes, kiwi, melon)
- 1 whole Lemon
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Matcha green tea powder
- handful Mint leaves
Instructions:
- 1. Prepare all the fruits by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
- 3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and pour it over the fruits.
- 4. Add sugar and matcha green tea powder. Toss everything together until the fruits are well coated.
- 5. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
- 6. Serve the fruit salad garnished with fresh mint leaves.
