Quick & Easy Japanese Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Mixed fruits (strawberries, grapes, kiwi, melon)
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha green tea powder
  • handful Mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. 1. Prepare all the fruits by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
  3. 3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and pour it over the fruits.
  4. 4. Add sugar and matcha green tea powder. Toss everything together until the fruits are well coated.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
  6. 6. Serve the fruit salad garnished with fresh mint leaves.
