Quick & Easy Japanese Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken or Shrimp (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. 1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Beat the eggs and add to the skillet, scramble until fully cooked.
  3. 3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix well with the scrambled eggs.
  4. 4. Chop the green onions and add them to the skillet, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce and mix well, ensuring the rice is evenly coated.
  6. 6. If using, add the cooked chicken or shrimp and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  7. 7. Serve hot, garnish with additional green onions if desired.
