
Quick & Easy Japanese Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 2 stalks Green Onions
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken or Shrimp (Optional)
Instructions:
- 1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Beat the eggs and add to the skillet, scramble until fully cooked.
- 3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix well with the scrambled eggs.
- 4. Chop the green onions and add them to the skillet, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Add the soy sauce and mix well, ensuring the rice is evenly coated.
- 6. If using, add the cooked chicken or shrimp and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
- 7. Serve hot, garnish with additional green onions if desired.
