
Quick & Easy Japanese Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless chicken thighs
- 3/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 4 servings Cooked white rice
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned, about 7-9 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- Add the remaining oil and the teriyaki sauce to the skillet.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and then add the chicken back to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for another 5-7 minutes, or until it is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Slice the green onions into thin circles.
- Serve the chicken over the cooked rice, topped with the green onions and sesame seeds.
