
Quick & Easy Japanese Chicken Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 bowls Cooked Japanese Rice
- 2 stalks Spring Onions
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, and sugar until sugar is fully dissolved.
- Heat a pan over medium heat, and add the chicken pieces. Cook until they are lightly browned.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the pan. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce has fully coated the chicken.
- Chop the spring onions into small pieces.
- To assemble, divide the cooked rice into two bowls. Top with the chicken and sauce, then sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
