
Quick & Easy Japanese Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 400 grams Beef Sirloin Steak
- 100 millilitres Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 thumb-sized piece Fresh Ginger
- 200 grams Mixed Vegetables (red bell pepper, green bell pepper, mushroom)
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 400 grams Cooked Rice
Instructions:
- Slice the beef sirloin steak into thin strips.
- Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the beef strips, garlic, and ginger. Stir fry for 2 minutes until the beef is sealed and browned.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir fry for another 2 minutes until they are tender and crisp.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce over the stir fry. Toss well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
