Quick & Easy Japanese Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams Beef Sirloin Steak
  • 100 millilitres Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 thumb-sized piece Fresh Ginger
  • 200 grams Mixed Vegetables (red bell pepper, green bell pepper, mushroom)
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 400 grams Cooked Rice

Instructions:

  1. Slice the beef sirloin steak into thin strips.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the beef strips, garlic, and ginger. Stir fry for 2 minutes until the beef is sealed and browned.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir fry for another 2 minutes until they are tender and crisp.
  5. Pour the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce over the stir fry. Toss well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
