Quick & Easy Italian Style Fish Snacks

Ingredients:

  • 4 Ounce White Fish Fillets
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Medium Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 Whole Lemon
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your pan over medium heat, then add olive oil.
  2. Salt and pepper both sides of your fish fillets.
  3. Place them in the pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they're golden brown and flake easily with a fork.
  4. While your fish is cooking, mince your garlic and chop your parsley and basil.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, add the garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, and the juice from your lemon to the pan. Stir it around to coat the fish.
  6. Once the fish is done, take it out of the pan, divide into snack size portions, and serve. Enjoy!
