
Quick & Easy Italian Style Fish Snacks

Ingredients:
- 4 Ounce White Fish Fillets
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Medium Garlic Cloves
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Basil
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 Whole Lemon
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your pan over medium heat, then add olive oil.
- Salt and pepper both sides of your fish fillets.
- Place them in the pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they're golden brown and flake easily with a fork.
- While your fish is cooking, mince your garlic and chop your parsley and basil.
- In the last minute of cooking, add the garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, and the juice from your lemon to the pan. Stir it around to coat the fish.
- Once the fish is done, take it out of the pan, divide into snack size portions, and serve. Enjoy!
