
Quick & Easy Italian Shrimp Omelette

Ingredients:
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they are pink.
- Pour the eggs over the shrimp, sprinkle the parmesan and basil on top, then cook until the bottom is set, about 5 minutes.
- Flip the omelette and cook until the other side is set, about 2-3 more minutes.
- Serve your Quick & Easy Italian Shrimp Omelette hot, garnished with more fresh basil if desired.
