Quick & Easy Italian Shrimp Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they are pink.
  4. Pour the eggs over the shrimp, sprinkle the parmesan and basil on top, then cook until the bottom is set, about 5 minutes.
  5. Flip the omelette and cook until the other side is set, about 2-3 more minutes.
  6. Serve your Quick & Easy Italian Shrimp Omelette hot, garnished with more fresh basil if desired.
